The Aliments du Québec au menu program recognizes institutions that promote Québec products on their menus.
This program was developed by Aliments du Québec and Équiterre, with the support of the MAPAQ (Provincial Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food).
The Aliments du Québec au menu program is for all institutions, large and small, that wish to make a shift toward more locally sourced food:
