How does it work?

STEP 1: Complete the form

 

The first step to obtain program recognition is to register and to pay the registration fee.

STEP 2- Choose one of the two recognition options

 

  1. Recognition by dish

Dishes must be made up of at least 50% Quebec-sourced ingredients.

 

  1. Québec procurement evaluation

Quantification of the proportion of local products compared to the institution’s overall food service expenditures.
